Is Gamdom a Scam? 2026 Licence, Withdrawals and Reviews Fact Check

Does “Gamdom estafa” mean fraud? Our evidence-led 2026 review checks the Anjouan licence register, the operator’s different licence-number spelling, KYC and withdrawal terms, Trustpilot’s warning, and Spanish licensing rules.

What can and cannot be established

Gamdom is an operating gambling brand associated in the public Anjouan Gaming Authority register with Moon Revolution Limitada and gamdom.com. The register currently displays a valid B2C licence. That is a verifiable fact, not proof that every transaction is safe, every allegation is false, or the service is legal in every country. This report does not claim to have opened an account, deposited, withdrawn money or independently investigated a specific player complaint.

Operator identity and the licence-number discrepancy

The primary regulator register identifies Moon Revolution Limitada, domain gamdom.com, licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued 2024-06-30, expiring 2027-06-29, status valid. Gamdom’s own September 2026 help article instead writes ALSI-152406043-FI, without the final 4. The name and domain match, but the published identifiers are not identical. We cannot determine from these public sources whether that is formatting shorthand or a document error. The prudent approach is to preserve both literal identifiers and confirm the latest official entry. An Anjouan licence is not a licence to offer online casino games in every national market.

Withdrawal rules: what Gamdom says

Gamdom’s official FAQ says deposits and free-spin winnings must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Its Limits, Restrictions & Reviews page says accounts may be reviewed or restricted for rule violations and repeatedly attempting to bypass wagering requirements. The FAQ gives an indicative withdrawal processing window of 5 minutes to 1 hour; that is the operator’s statement, not an independently verified guarantee. Payment method, bank transfer and blockchain factors may cause delays. Its help centre also warns that duplicate accounts can lead to restrictions and possible confiscation after abuse findings.

KYC and funds under review

The operator says identity verification is usually not required upfront but may be requested for a withdrawal, compliance review or security check. If KYC is requested, withdrawals may be temporarily disabled while checks continue. An identity check, a requested document or a delayed payment does not by itself prove fraud; equally, an operator’s published rules do not settle an individual customer’s allegation. Record timestamps, balances, transaction references, correspondence and the precise rule relied upon before drawing a conclusion. Never send personal documents to an unverified email or social account.

Trustpilot warning and the meaning of complaints

Trustpilot currently displays a warning that Gamdom’s rating is unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot guidelines. Gamdom’s own help article describes its online reputation positively; the two statements should not be conflated. The Trustpilot warning is a fact about that review site’s moderation, not an adjudication that Gamdom has committed fraud or that a particular withdrawal complaint is accurate. User reviews describe individual experiences and may contain unverified claims. BetVerity does not convert allegations into verified findings.

What a Spanish-language reader must check

Spanish-language searches such as “gamdom estafa”, “gamdom opiniones” and “gamdom retiros” can originate in different countries. In Spain, an offshore Anjouan registration is not equivalent to a Spanish DGOJ licence. The DGOJ maintains an official registry of authorised operators and domains. Readers in Spain should use that list rather than infer permission from a foreign licence or a Spanish-language website. We provide no Spanish-market bonus, registration code or gambling referral link. Other territories have their own rules.

How we verify, and our editorial conclusion

First compare the legal name, licence number, validity dates and domain in the official register. Then check primary-source withdrawal and KYC terms and clearly label any claim that comes only from a review platform. If evaluating a real dispute, retain dated evidence and use appropriate regulator, consumer-protection or legal channels. Our conclusion as of 6 November 2026: a listed Anjouan licence and documented policies are verifiable; individual account outcomes, unrestricted legal access and blanket promises of safety are not. This article is independent public-interest research, not a recommendation to gamble.
